So now you should be thinking about your personal weight. If you want to die from being obese, then go ahead, but dont say i didnt warn you! You might just be lucky if you make it, but still loose some weight! Being obese can put strain on your heart or give you a heart attack. By having a heart attack you can risk your life. Also obesity can prevent you from doing activities which are also known as your social life. Did you know that from being obese or as some people call it being fat, you can suffer from horrible diabetes? If you are a woman trying to get pregnant and you're pretty obese, let me tell you that you might just have a little bit of trouble giving birth!

Also do you notice that people are becoming quite obese? Do they order food from the lunch box quite often? The reason why they are probobly becoming over the average weight is because of the amount of sugar and fat that is put into the canteen food. I'm sure you all dont know how big you are all going to be in 40 years. You wont be able to walk, get in to a car, or drive it. Also you will have to get someone to wipe your backside after you have been to the bathroom!! Is that how you want to live your life?

My science fair didnt go as well as i thought it would and achieved the final ranking of an achieved mark. I was expecting an achieved with merit but failed to achieve that. Mr Short said it was to follow the scientific criteria and thats what i did. I was proud of my science fair entry until it reached room 28 that monday morning and i saw many other great entrys. :(
